She was incredibly supportive, helpful, and generous with her time.   For each week of our course, there were always huge amounts of background materials and exercises to support the weekly accreditation tasks given to us to download, which she had obviously spent hours of her own time preparing and collating.   In the classroom, she explained things very well, and as the group were working on exercises, she spent lots of time going round to individual students to offer help if they were stuck. She was endlessly patient and gracious, and never made anyone feel stupid for asking questions. In addition, she always responded to email queries quickly and fully, and gave very helpful advice and feedback, and even made herself available to meet up in the iClick centre when I had to miss a couple of classes, in order to help me catch up with coursework and other paperwork.   She is a credit to Sutton College and I would certainly recommend her classes to others.”
