Programme Leader – Exercise and Sport, Dance and Music

Temporary post fixed term until 9th November 2018, Part-time 0.5 FTE, 18 hours per week

Lecturer Management Scale 15 – 19  (£37,191 – £41,676 pro rata, plus LA)

The College is looking for a temporary Programme Leader for the Sports, Exercise, Dance & Music areas.  The post holder will join our existing team and will be responsible for the performance and management of a team of tutors.

This opportunity will require successful applicants to be pro-active, able to work under pressure and use their initiative, be responsive and able to work to tight deadlines. In addition to being an outstanding and fully qualified teacher, the successful candidate should have excellent IT skills.

Curriculum Leader – Vocational area

Full-time (36 Hours)

LBS Lecturers management scale 19-21

(£41,676 – £43,845)

This is an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified applicants to join Sutton College on their journey to Outstanding as a Curriculum Leader for the Vocational area.  The post holder will be responsible for the performance and management of a team of tutors and Programme leaders within the specific curriculum area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and passionate person with a pro-active approach and an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Applicants will be outstanding teachers with a successful track record of working with adults. Experience of curriculum design, including Apprenticeships is key; to further develop the current portfolio offer for the college.

The role will include some teaching.
