Ever wanted to know what InDesign and Illustrator are all about? Come along and try out some of the easiest aspects of page layout and digital drawing, you will be amazed at what you will be able to do!

What are the overall aims of the course?

Use InDesign to learn how to create simple but effective page layouts.
Use Illustrator to learn how to draw simple illustrations, cartoons, diagrams or logos.
Begin to develop professional skills or simply discover how to get started with the software for personal use.

What will I learn on the course?

Use InDesign software tools to create and manipulate page layouts
Set up and create a simple page layout using text and images
Clear guidance on how to create a good page layout design

Use Illustrator software tools to create and manipulate drawings
Use a range of tools and techniques to create a range of styles and effects
Try out some of the fun and easily accessible tools available for great instant results

Keyboard and mouse skills, knowledge of saving and retrieving files

These classes will be taught on PCs using Adobe CC. The software is the same on Macs & PCs.
