This course is run at The Whitehall, Cheam

Writing can help both mental and physical wellbeing. It can clarify thoughts and feelings, improve mood and through all these help you manage stress. This course offers the opportunity to bring your creativity out in a safe and supportive environment.

Purpose of Course

In this 10 week course, you will explore different creative writing themes and activities to get closer to your unique writing voice. You will have the option to share and get feedback on your new writing. 

On this course, you will develop the following life skills:

Mental Wellbeing

Social Wellbeing

English Skills

Confidence building


What level is this course & what skills do I need?

Basic written English skills

Suitable for complete beginners and more experienced writers.
