This course is all about inclusive learning, to improve health and confidence through the use of Dance and music to encourage creative independence and group participation and increased mobility and balance.
There are numerous beneficial results, to name but a few will be a change in body shape, including health and the tutor will ensure the learners progress to enable them to have a sense of fulfilment and achievement.
Purpose of Course
Is to participate in group activities for Dance and Wellbeing with the support of the learner’s Carer or parent/partner to encourage confidence building, improved mobility, and physical strengthening activities through dance. Learner centred to enable the learners to choose a variety of movements, which they enjoy, and from this they will be able to create and share their own dance routine.

This course is aimed at Learners with Learning Difficulties/Disabilities. The learner should be able to follow instructions.
Is a course approval interview/assessment required?
To be considered for a place on this course, you are required to attend a Course Approval session to ensure this course is suitable for you. You may be asked to complete a test / tests.
