What is this course about?

Would you like to be able to communicate with deaf friends or family in British Sign Language (BSL)?

On this workshop, you and your child will learn some basic British Sign Language. The course is ideal for those who have no current knowledge of British Sign Language.

What will we cover?

You will learn the following:

• Greetings and starting a conversation.
• Finger spelling names and sign names.
• Family members e.g Mum and Dad 
• Other useful everyday words

What level is this course & what skills do I need?

This course is suitable for families with no current knowledge of British Sign Language.

How do I enrol?

On this course, you will develop the following life skills:

Additional information

As this is a subsidised course you will be required to complete mandatory, audited documentation which your tutor will support you with.
