Discover how to live a healthy lifestyle! This course will enable you to recognise how to live an active and healthy life.
Purpose of Course
The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to healthy living. You will learn about the importance of engaging in a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise and be able to identify the skills needed to look after your physical and mental health through a varied range of activities.
On this course, you will develop the following life skills
Social and mental wellbeing

This course is aimed at Learners with Learning Difficulties/Disabilities. The learner should be able to follow instructions, and be able identify basic numbers and words.
