What are the overall aims of the course?
Use practical skills to be able to safely use online services to support everyday living, such as online shopping, local public services, basic online searches and use email.
Feel increased confidence and self-esteem for newcomers to technology use.
What will I learn on the course?
Use the Internet including searching for and using websites.
Benefits of online shopping.
Access public services online i.e. council, NHS, local services and information.
Print from the Internet.
E-safety and jargon busting will be covered throughout.
