In these challenging times, learning about different ways to improve our physical and mental health and to support our general wellbeing has never been more important. This short, bite-size course is part of a series of related online courses Sutton College offer, all of which can be studied entirely at home. You will be given access to a range of online materials to help further your knowledge, all of which can be worked through at your own pace and at whatever times suit your lifestyle.
Purpose of Course
The purpose of this course is to help you understand what is meant by ‘emotional resilience’, to recognise your own personal responses to new social, environmental and emotional situations and to learn ways of developing emotional resilience.
On completion of this course, you will have:
• Developed your understanding of lifestyle choices and other factors that relate to, and impact on, health and wellbeing.

This course is open to all who have an interest in supporting their general wellbeing.
Is a course approval interview/assessment required?
This is a short online course. You will not attend college. You will work through a series of self-guided learning materials and will complete short assessment tasks. You will receive a certificate on successful completion of the course.
NOTE: Within 10 days of enrolling on the course, you will receive an e-mail from the awarding body, OCN London, which will contain your Log-In details to get you started on your online studies.
