What are the overall aims of the course?
On this course, you will learn some important principles that make up the building blocks of NLP and also strategies that will help you be confident anytime, anywhere, be it in your personal of professional life.
What will I learn on the course?
You may have heard of, or read about the usefulness of NLP in confidence building, and want to know more, without ploughing through hours of reading. Or maybe you want to find strategies for confidence building that work.
On this one-day course, you will gain a greater understanding of what NLP is – something that is best learned practically than through theory. You will also learn NLP strategies that will help you enhance and control how you think and behave in different situations, and by doing so, gain real confidence. Real confidence is being comfortable enough with yourself to enter unfamiliar territory and ‘have a go’. With real confidence, there is no limit to achieving your goals.
