We have included as much information as possible about the course in the ‘Course Details’ section. Learners are expected to read the course details forms prior to enrolment.

Many courses do not require specialist advice before enrolling online. However should you wish to discuss your choice of course or any other aspects of the course please contact us. Some courses may require an assessment prior to enrolment, details of which can be found in the relevant course details.

Additional information, guidance, and course induction typically occur during the first session of your course, making attendance particularly important. If you have any concerns after your course has started, please discuss them with your tutor as soon as possible.

Please note: –

The College reserves the right to refuse admission or to refer learners to more appropriate classes, on academic grounds, if necessary.

Sutton College retains the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule courses, or to modify advertised course details, including cost, location, content, and tutor. Courses must meet minimum viability requirements to proceed and may be cancelled or shortened by the College if minimum numbers are not met. In the event of course cancellation, the College will offer to transfer learners to a suitable alternative. Early enrollment is recommended to ensure the course of your choice proceeds as planned.

Learners enrolling in Government funded courses are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 90% or may be withdrawn. Learners must also have the intention of taking the exam/assessment prescribed to their course. We reserve the right to request payment of any amount not covered by funding when you withdraw from a course and/or fail to take exams or submit assessments.

By enrolling in a course, you are also agreeing to adhere to the policies and procedures of the College, which include but are not limited to safeguarding and the Prevent duty.
