Work Experience

What are the benefits of Work Experience for young people?

• It provides an insight into the world of work
• It develops ‘employability skills’ that make them more likely to meet employers’ needs and requirements
• It gives the child an opportunity to develop new skills and put educational work into practice e.g. IT skills
• It helps the child to define possible career choices and learning options

Life Model

The College uses both Portrait and Life models for various weekly classes, all employed on a sessional basis.

Models will have an opportunity to contribute to the success and development of the College which has an exciting, inspiring national profile. We provide a secure location within our Photography/Art studios and have professional tutors and friendly student groups.

What else do I need to know?

• Ideally applicants would be RAM registered or have experience of modelling within an academic setting.
