A Night of Success for Sutton College Students
An incredible awards evening celebrating Student Achievement was held last night (Wed 26 June) at Sutton College.
College patron, Tim Vine, compered and thoroughly entertained all attendees who heard emotional and inspirational stories of success with many students having overcome personal obstacles to achieve beyond expectations.
Honoured guests included London Borough of Sutton Councillors and the Mayor of Sutton, Cllr Muhammad Sadiq, who presented the winners with their awards.
A huge thanks to Tim Vine for once again hosting an evening on behalf of the College and massive congratulations to all those shortlisted for awards and who have achieved with us this year.

Special Recognition Award Community Learning Project with
Sutton Women’s Centre

Learners explored and enjoyed the process of art to help recognise and connect to their emotions and to help relieve stress and unload anxiety through art techniques.
Class of the Year Springboard Further Numeracy Skills
“This class has wowed me with their determination to understand maths.
They access activities at home; learnt songs to help with counting; engaged with 2D and 3D shapes and their attendance has been exemplary.
An absolute joy to teach and they make my Thursday mornings amazing.”
