The Great SCOLA Bake Off – Raising some dough for Radio Marsden!
This September, SCOLA will holding its first ever Bake Off Competition at The Big Event, Manor Park in aid of Radio Marsden!
Do you think you can bake better than Berry? Then rise to the Challenge and enter “The Great SCOLA Bake Off Competition 2014” on Saturday 6th September.
Judges include published food writer & former SCOLA tutor Polly Tyrer. Polly has over 20 years of experience in the food industry, has published 6 cookery books including Leith’s Vegetarian Bible. Find out more about Polly here!
There are two categories that you can enter; Best Large Cake and Best Cupcakes. After the judging has taken place, all of the entries will then be sold to the public to raise funds for Radio Marsden, the hospital radio station serving the Royal Marsden Cancer Hospitals in London and Surrey, UK, 24 hours a day
So if you would like to get a slice of the action send us your details on our entry form, or you can pick up a form from SCOLA Sutton Centre. DEADLINE extended to Friday 5th September!
Then, take your masterpiece to the ‘Bake Off Tent’ before 12pm, along with your entry confirmation on the day of the Big Event to be in with the chance of winning some fantastic prizes! Prizes have been generously donated by Riva Bingo Sutton, Sainsbury’s North Cheam and Polly Tyrer.
