To celebrate Black History Month 2012 and The Family Learning Festival, SCOLA will be running FREE exciting family workshops including:

 

SCOLA in partnership with Sutton Libraries: Fun with Crafts (Ref: F4000)

Thursday 11th October 10:00 – 12:00

For ages 2 years +

Venue: Honeywood Museum, Honeywood Walk, Carshalton

 

SCOLA in partnership with the Salvation Army: “Handa’s suprise” Storytelling Workshop (Ref: L1000)

Monday 22nd October 9:30 – 11:30

Suitable for pre-school children

Venue: The Salvation Army, Benhill Avenue, Sutton

 

Fun introductory hand drumming sessions with The Gary Mason Charity

Monday 29th October 13:00 – 13:50 For ages 7+  (Ref: F1103)

Monday 29th October 14:10 – 15:00 All ages (Ref: F1104)

Family Pottery – Ceramics inspired by African Masks

Monday 29th October

Workshop 1: 10:00 – 12:00 (Ref: F1001)

Workshop 2: 13:00 – 15:00 (Ref: F1105)

Adult & children aged 7+
