Sutton College Courses

If you are studying a course that has an exam or if your course is portfolio based, the cost of the exam or exam board registration may be included in the cost of your course. Further information is provided in the course information on our website.  Please note that if you need to re-sit an exam, the College may charge a fee for this. Please contact the Exams Department if this is applicable to you.

All exams will take place at the Sutton centre. Confirmation of your exam details will be sent to you by the Exams Department or your tutor.

If you have a learning difficulty or a disability or feel that you work slower than others in your class, you may need access arrangements for your assessments and examinations, such as extra time or rest breaks, to complete your work. If this is the case please inform your tutor as soon as you start your course and s/he will refer you to the Head of Additional Learning Support and Well-Being. You will also need to produce medical evidence for a medical condition/disability, or be assessed by the College if you have slow processing or a specific learning difficulty like dyslexia.

Contact the Exams Department on 020 8405 7010/11, or email exams@suttoncollege.ac.uk.

PRIVATE CANDIDATES FOR EXAMS AT SUTTON COLLEGE

Sutton College is no longer able to accept applications from private candidates for Functional Skills, GCSE and A level exams. This is due to the changes in the JCQ regulations, regarding access arrangements for the Summer exams.
