No prior skills required! This class is all about enjoying the rhythm and moving your body in a way that works for you.
Additional information:
Please wear supportive footwear such as dance trainers or cross trainers (but NOT running shoes as they have too much grip), and comfortable clothing suitable for exercising (layers are a good idea as you will get warmer as the class progresses). Ladies may benefit from wearing a sports/supportive bra.
You may wish to bring a bottle of water to sip from during the class.
