This course is suitable for all abilities. It will include a mix of students with a variety of experience from physically capable students new to the subject to students who have completed the course before and are happy to work at this level.
If you are a complete beginner or have physical limitations that might affect your exercise performance, please speak to your tutor.
Additional information
**You will need to bring your own exercise mat to class.***
Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing suited to exercising e.g. tracksuit etc. A towel and or a small cushion can be brought to class to be used for support when performing certain exercises.
Exercises are performed in bare feet but you may wear non-slip socks if you prefer. Optional: bottle of water with a secure cap. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level (which may vary from week to week).
It is advised students prepare for safe participation in class by not eating a large meal for at least 2 hours before the class, however you may wish to eat something small before the class to provide you with an energy boost.
