Create beautiful, one-of-a-kind pottery pieces! Our Pottery Course is perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their skills in this ancient and rewarding craft. Whether you aim to create pottery pieces for your home, gifts, or as a creative outlet.

This course will guide you through the essential techniques and help you unlock your artistic potential. Working in our ceramics studio, our friendly and experienced tutor will support and teach you a range of techniques to help you learn and develop skills in the ancient and contemporary craft of pottery.
Learners will develop a basic understanding and experience core specialist techniques to progress and create individual finished ceramic items.

You will have the opportunity to create clay works using hand-building techniques (pinching, coiling and slab-building) and throwing ceramic pots on the wheel. Group (optional) and individual projects will be completed.
This is a beginners course, with learners having no basic knowledge of ceramics.
