Enhance your creativity by qualifying in this pottery course designed to give you the experience of identifying and using a range of materials, tools and equipment and developing your craft techniques.
If you have a desire to work with your hands in the sensual craft of pottery and learn to create different pieces from crockery to ornaments, then this is the ideal course for you.
Your ideas will be developed to present amazing pieces that you will build into a portfolio of work to be shown to prospective clients or simply to record your design ideas.

This course is at level 1 NCFE. You will need to have a good command of English and be able to follow basic instructions.
Additional information
The use of clay and glaze materials may cause some irritation to sensitive skin.
Please bring a plastic apron, small towel, notebook and pen.
Your tutor will inform you what tools that could be purchased (if you choose) to aid learning during the first session.
Note that this is a qualification therefore you will need to photograph your work and complete a small amount of awarding body paperwork., Any course enrichment opportunities associated with this class will be listed in your Google classroom.
