Seated Exercise – Enrichment – Spring – SEND

If you are looking for a fun, inclusive dance class, we welcome dancers of all abilities, with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our dance classes provide a supportive, judgement-free environment where participants can explore movement, build confidence, and make new friends. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some prior dance experience, there's a place for you in our classes. This course is focused on you taking part in dance sessions that are fun, and energetic. You will learn dance routines as well as to express yourself and be part of a social group. There will be a short in-class performance when you can showcase your moves.
