Regular exercise is key to maintaining both physical and mental wellbeing. This course is designed to help you get and stay active, improve your health through gentle exercise, helping you get back to being fit for life and work.
Through this 5-week course, you will learn and practise exercises that will help you build strength, increase flexibility, improve coordination and balance.

Learn how to stretch and relax your body, promoting better flexibility and reducing tension.
Exercises will be matched to your individual level and needs, ensuring they are both challenging and achievable.

To enrol on this course you need to be unemployed and living in a London Borough.
The course is designed for beginners or those returning to exercise.
Additional information:
Please come dressed in loose fitting, comfortable clothing suitable for exercising, along with trainers. Bring your water bottle to stay hydrated through the sessions.
You do not need any qualifications to attend. You do need an everyday understanding of spoken English.
