Our specialised Yoga for Wellbeing course could be the perfect fit. Designed with the SEND community in mind, this program combines the ancient practice of yoga with modern techniques for cultivating overall wellbeing.
Through a series of accessible poses, breathing exercises, and meditations, you will experience the profound benefits of this mind-body practice, including:
* Increased strength, flexibility, and balance.
* Reduced stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression
* Greater focus, self-awareness, and ability to self-regulate
* A heightened sense of calm, clarity, and inner peace
