Enjoy a series of enlightening and inspiring talks on Art History.
This session is being delivered by our Art History expert at V&A East Storehouse, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 3AX.
This unique session offers learners a behind-the-scenes look at the V&A East Storehouse, a pioneering space dedicated to transparency, conservation, and public engagement. Participants will explore how the museum stores, preserves, and researches its vast collections, gaining insight into curatorial practices and the future of museum accessibility.
Through a guided tour and commentary and lively conversations, learners will discover and reflect on how the V&A East is redefining the museum experience, making collections visible, interactive, and inclusive; as well as discuss the pros and cons of what this new concept and space offers.
This session is ideal for those curious about the inner workings of museums and the evolving role of institutions in the 21st century.
This course is open to all who have a keen interest in art history.
