* This Gardening Skills for Sustainability course will teach you the basics of gardening and how to create a sustainable garden. You will learn how to grow plants, care for them, and even use your garden to help the environment.

This course is designed to be fun, relaxing, and accessible for all learners. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, you will enjoy the chance to get your hands dirty, learn new skills, and connect with nature.

During this course, you will learn:
- How to grow plants from seeds or young plants
- The importance of sustainable gardening practices like composting, using natural fertilizers, and saving water
- How to plan and organize your garden to make the most of your space
- The basics of plant care, including watering, pruning, and protecting plants from pests
- How to grow simple fruits, vegetables, and flowers that you can enjoy throughout the summerThe course will be hands-on, and you’ll have the chance to practice what you’ve learned by working in a real garden.
Additional information - All tools and gardening materials will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. If you prefer, you can bring your own gloves or gardening tools, but these will be provided for you.This is a fun and practical course that will help you connect with nature, learn sustainable gardening techniques, and enjoy the satisfaction of growing your own plants. This course is suitable for all abilities and no gardening experience is necessary.
You’ll learn at your own pace, and there will be plenty of support throughout the course.
Basic skills in following instructions will be helpful, but everything will be explained step-by-step.
