Would you like to feel more relaxed, improve your movement, and learn ways to reduce stress? This Mindful Movement course is a gentle and enjoyable way to connect your body and mind through simple exercises.

The course focuses on slow, controlled movements, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises to help improve flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being.

It is designed to be accessible to all learners, with a calm and supportive atmosphere where everyone can move at their own pace.
You will take part in guided sessions that include:
* Gentle stretching and movement to improve flexibility
* Breathing exercises to promote relaxation and focus
* Simple balance and coordination activities
* Mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress and improve well-being
* Fun and engaging activities to build confidence in movement

Movements can be adapted to suit different abilities, including seated options for those who prefer or need to stay seated. The sessions will be relaxed and enjoyable, with no pressure to perform movements that feel uncomfortable.

Additional information
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You can take part in socks or barefoot – no special footwear is needed. If you prefer to bring a small cushion or blanket for relaxation exercises, you are welcome to do so.
