This course is suitable for students who have completed at least 2 terms of a Beginners or All Abilities Pilates course or have similar experience in a related exercise class.

If you are a complete beginner or have physical limitations that might affect your exercise performance, please speak to your tutor.

Additional information
***You will need to bring your own exercise mat to this class.***
Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing suited to exercising e.g. tracksuit etc. A towel and or a small cushion can be brought to class to be used for support when performing certain exercises. Exercises are performed in bare feet but you may wear non-slip socks if you prefer. Optional: bottle of water with a secure cap.
Participants are encouraged to work at their own level (which may vary from week to week). It is advised students prepare for safe participation in class by not eating a large meal for at least 2 hours before the class, however you may wish to eat something small before the class to provide you with an energy boost.
