Get more confident in your everyday use of computers, from booking appointments, having meetings with family or business associates to paying bills online.
On this course, you will build on the basic digital skills you already have. The course will cover:

* Enter and edit text and format it appropriately, for example align paragraphs, change font type, size and colour

* Use bullet points and numbering

* Insert pictures, shapes or symbols

* Adjust page margins and orientation

* Save, open and print documents

* Use Zoom, Skype or Google Meets

* Solving simple technical problems

* Internet safety when using social media

This course also covers an introduction to British Values (learning aim Z0060079 )
This is an Entry level course and is for learners who have some basic digital skills.

You will need a good level of English as there are some reading and writing requirements.
