General Information

Writing can help both mental and physical wellbeing. It can clarify thoughts and feelings, improve mood and through all these help you manage stress. This course offers the opportunity to bring your creativity out in a safe and supportive environment

What will I learn on this course?

In this 10 week course, you will explore different creative writing themes and activities to get closer to your unique writing voice. You will have the option to share and get feedback on your new writing.

On this course, you will develop the following life skills:

Mental Wellbeing

Social Wellbeing

English Skills

Confidence building

Do I need any skills for this course?

Basic written English skills

Suitable for complete beginners and more experienced writers. 

Additional information

Due to the age of the museum there are low door frames, uneven floors and spiral staircases so care must be taken when moving around the building.

Please bring with you a pen and paper (laptop / tablet if preferred)
