There are exciting exhibiting opportunities for all students as part of the artistic life of the college and the broader community.
Sutton College has excellent facilities with well equipped Fine Art Studios for Drawing, Painting, Life Studies, Printmaking and Calligraphy as well as Specialist Workshops for Jewellery, Pottery & Ceramics, Fashion & Textiles and Stained Glass.
Our Jewellery courses include traditional silver-making techniques as well as metal clay, beading & wirework.
Pottery & Ceramics classes include hand-building, ceramic sculpture, traditional throwing techniques as well as instruction in the use of glazes and glaze technologies plus new Raku firing too.
Fashion & Textiles courses include Clothes-making, Patchwork & Quilting, Lace-making, Embroidery and Crochet.
