This course will develop your digital skills for life and introduce you to digital skills for work.

On this course, you will cover:

Solving simple technical problems

  • Creating and Editing

Use a suitable application to enter, edit and format information

What level is this course & what skills do I need ?

This course is aimed at people who have limited IT experience. However, to access the course you should be able to do the following:

  • Turn on a computer
  • Know how to use the mouse, keyboard or a touchscreen
  • Able to open an application e.g. Google from the home screen
  • How to sign on to the internet safely

To be considered for a place on this course, you are required to complete an online course Assessment to ensure this course is suitable for you.
