This course will develop your digital skills for work with a secondary focus on digital skills for life.

Use appropriate techniques to carry out and refine searches

Organise and store information using files, folders, hierarchy and tagging

Identify and apply solutions to common technical problems, using online tutorials, FAQs and help facilities.

This course is aimed at people who already have some IT skills or have passed the Entry 3 Essential Digital Skills qualification.
