From 28th October 2013, applicants applying to settle in the UK, or become naturalised as British citizens are required to pass the Life in the UK Test and to hold a B1 (Intermediate or E3) level English language speaking and listening qualification. This is for guidance only.
ESOL B1 Speaking and Listening Exam
You will learn the format and types of questions that you can expect in the E3 Speaking and Listening exam. This is a B1 level test which fulfils the UKBA English Language requirement.

Duration: 2.5 hours
Cost: £60 (This includes exam 2.5 hours exam preparation workshop plus exam fee.)
Life in the UK test
You will discuss and explore the topics and language required to pass the test.
Course: ESOL British Culture (E3 and above)
Duration: 8 weeks from 6 May, 12.15-14.15 at Sutton Centre
Cost: £70.40 full fee | £49.60 concessionary rate | £136.00 non EU
